"Education is the most powerful weapon which   you can use to change the world". Nelson Mandela

It is our primary goal to provide a safe and happy environment for children where their learning opportunities are integrated into every moment and activity.  We invite you to look often into our busy, happy, noisy, creative classroom and see your child at play.  Parents are always welcome to observe your child, the center operations, and program activities at any time without having to secure prior approval.

Infants, toddlers, and two year old children, learn about themselves, and their environment through their surroundings.  They exercise their muscles, refine their eye-hand coordination, and develop control over their bodies.  They begin to express creativity and imagination, and learn about cause and effect relationships.  Though much of a young child's play, learning is self-motivated and self-directed, it is still necessary for caregiver's to stimulate the child through individualized play learning experiences in an enriched environment.

In the preschool curriculum, play learning experiences are enhanced by "themes".  They are used to enrich and renew various play learning interest areas.  Themes have some specific content, but more importantly, are a tool for room preparations and choice of activities.  Children are given opportunities to learn through experiences with stories, songs, art, science, dramatic play, sensory materials, and math activities.
